Spanish Linguist
I sent my resume over LinkedIn, and then a recruiter reached out by email with an application form. I sent that back a few days later, and then we had a phone screening and a language test. After that, I was signed up for any contracts I could take on. We went over all the options and clearance steps I needed to do. It was all done over the phone and email, but they did say I could come by the office if I wanted to.
- Could you share some examples of your Translation, Transcription, and Interpretation experience?
- What certifications or language scores do you possess?
Recruitment Team Lead
The interview process with the CEO was quite long, focusing on values, experiences, and communication skills rather than a deep dive into the resume. They aimed to understand who you are and if you'd be a good fit for the team. There were two main interviews: one with HR and another with your direct manager.
- What contributions can you make to help us grow?
Team Lead
HR reached out, and then I had an in-person with the CEO. It was about an hour, and we talked about what the company needs now and in the future.
- Can you detail your experience in this area?
- In what ways would bringing you on board be advantageous for the company?
