The interview process was pretty straightforward. They gave me some background on the company and what to expect in the role. After the interview, they told me the next steps were up to me and to let them know if I was still interested. I followed up a few times via email and phone, but never heard back. I thought I had the job and even celebrated, but two weeks later, still no word. It was pretty misleading.

So the recruiter reached out, she was a bit unprofessional though. We agreed on a date and time, I waited 40 minutes after the phone interview time. I called and left a message. She called me back 2 1/2 hours later, appologizing that she was out of office and we can make it another time. Really wish, she emailed me to give me a heads up she was out of office. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I was a referral. So, rescheduled it on a day I worked and have limit time. I again waited 15 minutes after the schedule time, I called and left. A few minutes later she called and I felt like she was rushing the interview. Went in for the interview, it was okay. They told me to email them if I was still interested. I did, twice and never heard from them. I was very disappointed in this whole experience, for a staffing agency you would think they would have better customer service. But, glad I dodged a bullet on them.

First, you gotta fill out an application, you can get it online or ask them to email it to you. If they like your application, an HR Manager will give you a quick call, about 15-30 minutes. If you make it past that, you'll head to the office for an in-person chat with some upper management from the department. Sometimes the CEO might even be there! This in-person interview usually goes for about 1 to 1.5 hours. They'll usually let you know if they want to hire you, like, the same day, with an offer.

It starts with a chat with someone from management who'll tell you about the job but won't mention the deadline before you get fired. They really want people who can give all their time, even personal time, to the company. They'll ask about your higher education plans and stress that while they like you getting educated, you shouldn't do it while working for them in your first year. If you pass this first part, you email or call the front desk person, and the employer will also tell them their decision. If you both agree to move forward, you'll have a second interview, usually with upper management. They'll go over expectations again, then talk about the cool perks like wearing shorts, getting off early on Fridays, a coffee bar, snacks, etc.
