I had an on-site interview with the General Manager, Production Supervisor, and HR. It was informal, in a cabin, not a formal setting. They took me on a tour of the facility and explained the manufacturing process. They also asked me some questions about my experience and skills.

So the interview process for this role usually starts with a phone screening. Then we move into technical and behavioral interviews, and there are also problem-solving assessments. Depending on the specific role, we might discuss manufacturing or design aspects. Sometimes there's a plant tour involved as well, before we make a final evaluation and decide on an offer.

I got a call from an HR person. They didn't ask me anything but set up a meeting with the new Director of EHS. This was a casual chat. The Director told me to get back in touch with HR so I could see the facility. I tried to reach out to HR but got no response. Then, an outside recruiter contacted me about this job. The recruiter said to call Lippert again because my background would be a good fit. I contacted HR again. HR then said they sent me an email saying they weren't moving forward with me due to lack of experience. I checked my email and never got it. I've heard from a few people that the company is really disorganized right now. Be careful.
