The interview process was very casual and friendly, with senior managers conducting the interviews. They need proof of your past accounts and sales territory. You start at level one and work your way up. During your first year, you'll shadow and cover for other account managers who are on vacation, so there are no guaranteed routes or accounts assigned until you complete your one year of training with other account managers' routes and territories.

Walked in and rang the HR bell. Talked to the lady at the desk who was nice. Filled out an application and then went back for the interview. Brian, a laid-back interviewer, talked about the basics of the job, history, and pay. He scheduled a tour for later that day, requiring a return visit 9 hours later.

I interviewed with a Manager and then his superior. The superior was arrogant and the whole thing felt like a joke. I'm glad I didn't get hired. They kept saying their motto is "You grow or you go," which felt a little threatening right from the start.
