Manager
It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with HR, then I had two interviews with Directors, followed by two more with hiring managers. After that, I spoke with HR again to finalize the employment details. The entire thing took about 3 weeks, not including my 2 weeks notice period.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Insights Manager
The interview process had three interviews and started with a recruiter call. All three interviews were in the same week. The first interview was with two team members and went well. However, the second and third interviews were a bit unusual, as one interviewer was reading questions from the screen, and another interviewer seemed to lose her train of thought while coming up with questions.
- How can social insights be utilized to refine and enhance marketing strategy?
