There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first was with a recruiter. The second was with two team members. The third was with the head of the department. They mostly wanted to get to know me on a more casual and personal level than I had anticipated.

Behavioral

Overall, a poor recruitment experience. The first stage was an in-person interview at the office. I had to wait 15 minutes. The role wasn't what was advertised. I never got a follow-up email about the next steps, nor did they give feedback. They claimed to have higher salaries than competitor studios, but they're actually below market rate. I wouldn't apply again.

Behavioral Technical

I was first contacted by a recruiter and then had a phone interview. It took a month to hear back after that before I was invited to talk to the hiring manager. This interview was pretty standard and conversational, asking about my knowledge of job specifics. Then, I interviewed with the VP and another manager, and it felt like they were just firing off questions from a list. After it was all done, I didn't hear anything back and had to check the portal to see I didn't get it.
