The interview process seemed promising at first; they seemed eager to fill the role quickly and provided a timeline. I went through several interviews and even completed an assessment. However, after all that, I was ghosted. I reached out multiple times to the people I interviewed with, but got no response. It took two months to get an automated email saying they had hired someone else, which was quite frustrating.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through interviews for about two months, talking to different people from the hiring manager up to the CEO. It was mostly just talking and focusing on soft skills, not too much technical stuff.

Behavioral Technical

I went through 4 interviews with people from the Linux Foundation. They had me do a test after the second one. After the last interview, they said I'd hear back in a week. They were communicative up to that point, but then they just disappeared. I tried reaching out twice to two different people I spoke with, but no one replied. It felt really unprofessional to put so much work in and then get ghosted without any feedback, even if I didn't get the job.

The interview was a video conference, but strictly audio. They said I'd be scheduled for an on-site the following week, but then the hiring manager ghosted me for three weeks before sending a rejection. No second interview or explanation, and they didn't reply to my follow-ups. It's weird because someone else interviewing for the same role got their rejection email two weeks earlier after a second video call. Their experience sounds similar, I just got left hanging longer with a slightly better promise.
