Satellite Technician
I applied online and got a call the very next day. They asked me to come in for an interview the morning after that. I met with FMS and we talked about the job and everything that comes with it. We covered all aspects, the good and the bad. This included crazy hours, good pay, and also slow days and weeks. They asked me about my whole employment history, if I had any gaps, and about any experience I had. I mentioned my Comcast work, so I had some familiarity, just not with the dish and other smaller details. It went pretty well. They offered me the job, and I then completed the background check and drug test. I'm now heading to Medford, Oregon for a week of classroom training.
- Can you describe your relevant experience?
- Can you walk me through your previous employment?
- Have you had any employment gaps?
Field Technician
I applied online and they reached out. We scheduled the interview quickly, and after going in for it, I was asked a few straightforward questions and then offered the job.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to help a customer?
Technician
Got hired straight away. The interview was on video where they could see me, but I couldn't see them. I was told the boss was observing the whole thing.
- Tell me about your experience.
