SEO Account Manager
Started with a recruiter chat, then got an assessment to create an SEO plan for a fake client. After submitting, they scheduled another meeting for me to present my plan and defend my choices.
- Can you explain your strategic choices and justify them?
Data Scientist
I applied for a Data Scientist position at LinkGraph and was initially very keen on the role. However, my experience was quite disappointing. My interview was set for the morning of December 18th, but it was suddenly rescheduled via email less than two hours before it was supposed to start. I managed to adjust my schedule. Then, later that same afternoon, I got a generic rejection email saying I wasn't being considered anymore. I reached out for clarification and was told that the job requirements had changed and my interview was canceled to 'respect my time.' This felt really ironic and insincere. My time wasn't respected; in fact, it was the opposite. I had invested hours preparing, even worked on a side project related to their work, and took time off to be available. Being told so last minute, with no warning or clear explanation, makes the company look bad in terms of candidate experience. Job seekers deserve much better communication and honesty throughout the hiring process. While I get that jobs and priorities can shift, the way this was handled was unprofessional and dismissive of the effort candidates put into these applications.

Recruiter
The interview process for this role took a lot of time. I didn't get any feedback even though I spent a lot of time on it. That wasn't a good experience. The team was nice, but a good experience would have been even nicer.
- Can you record a video of yourself interviewing a potential candidate?
Director
The interview process was easy and fast. I had a good vibe and the expectations were very clear. I got to meet the whole leadership team. The people are very passionate and have a love for SEO. The interview itself was pleasant.
- Can you share your experience and background in SEO?
