Program Manager
I had a recruiter screen, a hiring manager screen, and a peer screen. I wouldn't suggest joining the talent acquisition team though. The interviewer was late to the TA enablement meeting and her questions didn't make sense. She just repeated back everything I said, and doesn't seem like a very thoughtful leader.
- Can you share your experience with AI?
- How do you approach using AI?
Program Manager Intern
The recruiter interaction was positive. However, the interviewer came across as intimidating. They asked many open-ended questions related to program management without attempting to make me feel at ease. It felt like an interrogation rather than a conversation. I didn't get much information about the team, and the focus remained solely on questioning me.

Program Manager
The interview process was pretty detailed, starting with a recruiter chat, then a hiring manager chat. After that, I had a case study focused on analytics and figuring out how I'd work on a project with the team. Then came a case study presentation with the person in the role, the hiring manager, and a senior manager. I also had a 1:1 with the senior manager and a final call with the Senior Director. The whole thing took about a month and a half and was quite challenging. You should be ready to be strategic and talk about how your skills can help the organization. It's also good to understand where you fit into the team so you can highlight your experience in those areas. Don't hesitate to ask questions and show your enthusiasm; I think they value honesty and passion. Make sure you can discuss situations where you've resolved conflict, achieved success in delivery, or worked well in a team. Be very detailed and almost technical in your explanations.
- Can you share your most significant failure in your career?
- Describe a conflict you had with a coworker, detailing the situation, resolution, and lessons learned.
- What do you consider your greatest success professionally?
