This company's interview process is really slow and badly communicated. There were 4 rounds: first the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then two peers, and finally a skip-level manager and the manager. Scheduling the next interview took weeks because the recruiter was so slow and didn't respond to my emails. The last interview was supposed to be 30 minutes, but the skip-level manager asked so many questions that it ran over an hour, and the other manager seemed totally checked out. Then the recruiter ghosted me for two weeks before finally saying they went with someone else. This whole thing could have been done in like 3-4 weeks.

I was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and was really impressed with how knowledgeable and professional they were. After that, I had an in-depth phone screen with the recruiter, then the hiring manager. Following that, I had two onsite interviews, and one of them included a presentation. I was really pleased with how the whole process was managed, as I was kept in the loop about feedback and what was coming next.

Got a call from LinkedIn's recruiter after applying online a few weeks ago. They were really nice and easy to talk to. Then, about a week later, I got an email saying they went with someone else. It was a really straightforward process and the recruiter was super professional.
