First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Linkage.
Customer Success Manager
It was a 3 week process with two phone screens and then two or three in person interviews with HR and team members. They were upfront about the company's financial status and growth plans and happy to answer any questions I had.
- Can you describe some of the most difficult management situations you've faced?
Accounting Manager
I had 2 interviews, one with the CFO and another with the Office Manager. They were very friendly and asked a lot of situational questions. Overall, it was a positive experience. The offices are very nice and the receptionist was very professional.
- What are your salary and bonus expectations?
Program Manager
The interview process was pretty simple. I had two interview rounds in total, one with the recruiter and then the hiring manager. They don't do case interviews, which is common for consulting companies. This is a smaller company that focuses on employee growth, so they really care about cultural fit.
- Can you share an instance where you helped a customer or client achieve success?
Marketing Designer
I interviewed for a design job at Linkage working with leadership members. I kept this interview casual, dressed business casual, and aimed for a real, enthusiastic demeanor. I asked about their work environment, but their responses seemed disingenuous. They also gave juvenile feedback on my portfolio.
- What makes you want to leave your current job?
