PC Technician
Standard interview process. First, interviewed with Link Tech account managers, then interviewed with the clients management team. My role was contracted, started almost immediately.
- Can you describe a challenge from a previous job and explain how you handled it?
Network Operations Engineer
They started with a quick phone interview that covered things like salary and job duties. Then, they took me out for dinner before the main interview, which helped make things less stressful.
- Can you tell me about your past job responsibilities?
Technical Recruiter
Had a quick phone screen first, then a much more in-depth in-person interview. Ended up meeting with several people over a 2.5-hour period, including Account Managers (both new and experienced), an HR Rep, and the CEO. Got an offer for a more senior role the same day and had 72 hours to decide.
- How do you go about learning new technologies you haven't encountered before?
Security Architect
I was called in to interview 4 times here. None of the staff seemed knowledgeable in the area I was being interviewed in. The job description was also inaccurate.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
