The interview was pretty standard for a project management role, with straightforward questions about how I handle problem-solving, manage projects daily, and use my past experience in real situations. They wanted to see how I'd tackle issues and apply what I've done before.

The interview process might have several stages and could be quite long. It was very informative and challenging, with interviewers who were highly experienced. This company seems like a good place to work to gain more experience and knowledge, especially in the data center and life science sectors, which are major industries in the APAC region right now.

The interviewer kept her camera off during the whole interview without saying anything, which was strange since mine was on. It felt like a one-sided thing, as if she was just watching me. She asked typical interview questions but couldn't answer a basic one I thought she'd know. A few days later, I got a standard rejection email.

the interview takes about 3-4 weeks. first, i had a phone call with the HR manager. after that, we set up a teamview meeting with the Director Manager. the final step was a face-to-face meeting with the Consultancy Manager. it was a really great interview experience, they were super professional and asked questions about real-life situations to get a better sense of my background. i didn't feel anxious or stressed at all. thanks to Caitriona, Natalie, and Lucas for the helpful sessions.
