Behavioral Presentation

I had a really good time during the interview process. It included a deep dive into my background and a review of ethical limitations. I got to sit down with the managing broker to go over all the perks of working at Lindsey and Associates and also met a bunch of the other realtors that same day.

I interviewed with the property manager, not Lindsey. The interview was fine and included typical questions. The manager seemed very strict. About a month after the interview, they called to offer me the job. I accepted, and about a month into the position, I started to understand why previous employees left. The management style is unprofessional, and they ask employees to do inappropriate things.

They’re very professional, asked me to describe myself and different questions on a few different scenarios. great. I dressed comfortably and business casual. Seems like a great company to work for!

I spoke with the Property Manager team first, then the Assistant Property Manager team, and then the District Manager. They gave me a tour of the property. I also met with some other people on the leasing team who work on site.
