First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lindora Clinic.
Licensed Vocational Nurse
It was a virtual interview. They asked really simple questions about customer service and how you handle patients with empathy. The main thing they care about is finding people who are compassionate and have good bedside manner. They also want to know if you're okay with working at different clinics and doing split shifts if needed.
- Are you open to working split shifts and rotating between different clinics?
Sales Consultant
Applied online and got contacted via Indeed by a recruiter for a phone interview. She wanted to interview me ASAP, the next day. I replied quickly but didn't hear back for a week. The scheduled phone interview didn't happen because the recruiter no-showed, but she did reach out later to reschedule. The interview was set for 4pm, but no one called. I called the recruiter at 4:45pm, and she said her phone was acting up, so we did the interview then. She mentioned moving forward with an in-person interview at a clinic and said she'd call to set it up after confirming a location. I never heard back from her via phone or email. About a month later, I saw on Indeed that I didn't get the job.
- Can you tell me about the financial goals or targets you were given in your previous role?
Licensed Vocational Nurse
I saw the job opening on their website and sent my resume and cover letter to the HR email. The branch manager called me a few days later to set up an interview for the next morning. The office seemed nice. The interview was pretty standard, asking common interview questions. She mentioned that there's a good amount of retail work, like selling their products to patients. At the end, I asked about follow-up and she said HR would contact me the following week, but they never did.
- Can you share an instance where you made a mistake and how you corrected it?
Registered Nurse
The interview was pretty fast. I was surprised to get a job offer since I don't have any RN experience. I'm a new grad and still training as a Zerona RN. They asked me about sales and dealing with unhappy or non-compliant patients. It seemed like a straightforward interview.
- What's your approach to patients who don't follow guidelines?
- How do you handle sales-related questions?
- How would you manage a disgruntled patient?
