It was a great experience, I had amazing conversations with the people I met. The vibe was laid back and not too intense. I would receive a few people if they work hard enough. It’s not an easy job but if you’re self-disciplined and have motivation, you can do it.

We asked some basic, common questions. I was asked why I applied for the role and why I thought I was the best fit. Three people from the panel were present. The whole thing took about 25 minutes.

So, about the interview process, there were a bunch of red flags, honestly. First off, I joined the Zoom, and surprise, it was recording without any heads-up, which was weird. Then they hit me with some illegal questions, like asking about my ethnicity and then my religion. To top it off, they roasted me for my outfit, just a button-down shirt, mind you. The whole vibe was way too chill and kinda rude, like they didn't care about my time. They barely asked me anything about the actual job and seemed bored when I tried to find out more about the company.

I found the job on LinkedIn and applied for two jobs, but never heard back. I ended up reaching out to people at LA on LinkedIn. I found someone in a different department who connected me to management. Apparently, my applications and messages weren't getting through the website's contact form. So it was hard to get in touch, but after that, things went smoothly. I started as a contractor for a while before they offered me a full-time role. The people have been great to work with.
