First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Linde.
Technician
The onsite interview went pretty well and they said I'd hear back in a week. It ended up being a rejection four weeks later after a bunch of follow-ups. I had to keep chasing them to find out why the decision was taking so long, and most of the time, they didn't respond. They also didn't respond when I asked about reimbursement for my travel expenses, which they had initially mentioned. Honestly, it wasn't worth the hassle.
- What's your motivation for choosing Linde?
Maintenance Technician
The process started with a quick phone screen, followed by a few phone chats with the manager and supervisor, and then an in-person meeting with them too. It was a pretty simple process overall, though I had to wait a good while for them to tell me when my hire date would be.
- Can you describe your electrical background and experience?
Process Technician
I got contacted pretty fast to set up a phone interview after I applied online, but sadly I didn't move forward because a family member works in the department I was looking at.

- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Why are you interested in this role?
