Project Manager
It was okay! Had a long conversation with the HR person, she was very unfriendly and tried to bring up private topics. After that, I had a conversation with the department manager who asked the same questions. Then it was clear - they are looking for specific personalities!
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What are your salary expectations?
Project Assistant
So, the interview had four parts to it. First, a written test, then a group discussion (GD), followed by a personal interview (PI). The last PI was held at the company's main office. The first two parts were quite simple, but the PI was really challenging.
- Can you explain level measurement?
- Tell me about flow measurement.
- What do you know about control valves?
Project Manager
HR keeps it quite easy initially. There's a telephonic interview where HR asks basic questions to understand your profile. If that goes well, they'll call you for a one-to-one interview. Usually, the hiring manager you'll be working with conducts this interview.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- What's prompting your job search?
- Can you share some technical details about your previous work?
