Graduate Engineer Trainee
It started with a GD round, where questions were asked about thermo, fluid, and SOM. They also interviewed people on different topics based on their resume. They barely select one person from a pool of 100.

Applied online, then did some standard cognitive tests, followed by a video interview. After that, I went to an assessment centre where we had business/marketing case studies. Right after the AC, there was a final interview. It was about 30 minutes long with two senior engineers from BOC, and there were 3 candidates invited. The AC was held with the supply chain and logistics stream, so most people there weren't engineers.
