The interview process had 2 rounds, though it felt more like one. The first round was a meeting with the Head of Operations, along with several maintenance craft managers and the reliability manager. They asked me some questions about my current job and my career interests. They also asked some technical questions, and they were nice enough to explain them even when I couldn't answer. The second round involved a site visit and was more of a discussion. I met my potential manager, who clearly explained the organizational structure and processes. He was also very open in answering my questions.

Behavioral Other

The first interview was on campus with someone from HR. It was a pretty typical interview. There were a few curve ball questions though. About a month later, they called to do another interview on site. This was very poorly organized. No one came for me until 30 minutes after the set time. That's when I found out I was actually doing 2 interviews with different people. The first just talked about the position and asked a few questions. The second was clearly uninterested in hiring me and didn't even try to hide it or be professional about it. The next week is when they called with an offer. You get a week to accept or decline.
