The interview process was super easy. It was just one on one over Microsoft Teams Video. I wore a black sweater, black slacks, and black flats, with my hair up and makeup on. They started by talking about the company and the job, then they looked at my resume and asked about my previous jobs. My interview went really well, and then I had to do a background check with references. After that, I got the job offer.

It was a thorough interview process that started with the recruiter and then moved on to the Port Captain. The vetting process was a two-way street. Most of the issues that came up weren't about the job duties or salary, but more about the shifting itineraries. They really seemed invested in finding the right fit, not just going through the motions.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews, which I thought was a good sign that I was being considered for the position. After the interviews, I followed up several times and no one responded. Lack of communication and no feedback. Very unprofessional. I normally don't leave reviews, but I have started to leave reviews so that other applicants can be aware of the lack of professionalism.

3 interviews over 3 weeks, each a half hour long via Teams with an individual HR team member. The last was the Director, who said she would make a decision and get back to me within a week. It's been 3 weeks with zero follow up from them, so I assume by their ghosting that they chose another candidate.
