Events
The hiring director was upfront and realistic about expectations for the role. They did a great job discussing work/life balance and the team culture, giving me a good understanding of what the job would actually involve. I really appreciated the honesty.
- Can you discuss your past experience as listed on your resume and how it relates to this position?
Production Assistant
I had a quick chat with HR first. Then, after a couple weeks, I had an in-person interview with some people from the media department. They said I'd hear back in a couple of weeks about a possible third interview. But, I never heard anything back even after I tried reaching out a few times.
- How would you handle a packed schedule?
Manager
The hiring process was efficient and professional. It involved two interview rounds with senior staff, and a good orientation. The interview space was nice, and I felt welcome. They started with general questions, then moved to ones specific to the job.
- Where do you see yourself professionally in the next five years?
Cleaning Associate
Applying was straightforward, it was all done electronically. I heard back about 10 days later for an interview. The hiring manager reached out to schedule it. When I arrived, the lobby felt a bit intimidating, and the manager had me run up three flights of stairs to the interview room. They didn't offer the elevator, which wasn't very considerate.
- How would you manage an urgent cleaning situation?
