So for the interviews, I had two phone calls first, then a casual in-person meeting, and then a big 'super-day' with eight people. The first few calls got delayed a bit because of scheduling, which made me a bit nervous. Before the super-day, I had to do a PI assessment and a personality test (which was another PI assessment). The super-day itself was a mix of phone, in-person, and video chats happening onsite. Most interviews were just with one person, though a couple had two interviewers. The whole thing took about two months from the initial phone interview. I actually thought it was pretty fun, except for the personality assessment – some questions were kinda vague and I wasn't sure what they wanted. But overall, I really liked chatting with everyone.

This was a thorough process touching on all the usual bases like technical abilities and interpersonal skills. I had a positive experience, and things moved along quickly. The recruiting team was really good at keeping me informed and providing feedback throughout.

The first interview was all about behavioral questions, no technical stuff at all. It was pretty typical: they asked me to go over my resume, explain why I'm interested in banking and this specific firm, discuss my strengths and weaknesses, and talk about my previous work experiences.
