Super easy culture fit behavioral questions. The controller and the financial analyst I met in person were very kind. We talked about working with the P&L and 9 departments. I got the offer an hour after. Just be yourself.

Applied for this job and got a call 10 days later to schedule a phone interview for the next few days. The phone interview was awkward, with many questions about myself, my ideal workplace, and why I left former employers. There were very few questions about my past accomplishments, expertise, or familiarity with systems like SAP, ERP, and CAD. At the end, I asked about the timeline and was told they wanted to fill the position immediately and I would hear back about next steps. I followed up after a week, and after not hearing back for 2 weeks, I reflected on how they operate their business, feeling the interviewer might not be capable of the role. It would have been nice to hear back as promised.

I applied after hearing an ad on the radio and then they called me to set up an hour long phone interview. It was pretty intense and I felt like they asked the same things over and over. Right after the call, they told me they wanted me to come in ASAP for another interview. So I had an interview with three managers from different but related departments. I got a call back within a week and they let me know I got the internship.

It was a quick and short interview. I met with two managers, and it lasted about 25 minutes. We discussed daily tasks and what to expect. It was a pretty standard interview from beginning to end. I also got a tour of the facility. I'd recommend it.
