The interview process was smooth. I felt the interviewer was authentic and communicated clearly about the job expectations. They were also open to my questions. This isn't a typical office job where you go in every day; it's more of an outside sales role where you can manage your own time.

This interview process was very quick and positive. It's a good fit if you enjoy talking. It was one of the best interviews I've had, and the interviewers were really friendly and reassuring. Sadly, I didn't get the job, probably because nerves got the better of me.

I submitted my resume online and got an email from Renee about a week later to set up an interview for about a week after that. When I got there, Renee met me and took me to a conference room with others. She talked about the company and then asked us questions about the industry. Then, we all filled out a paper application and gave two references. After that, Renee gave us four tests. The first was a reading comprehension test with about 20 questions in 5 minutes, dealing with like-as statements and unscrambling sentences. No one finished. Next, a math test with about 30 word problems on percentages, distance, speed, time, etc., in 10 minutes. Nobody finished this one either. Then, a matching test with numbers, about 160 questions in 10 minutes. Again, no one finished. We then took the same test but with names, and still, nobody finished. Finally, Renee interviewed us individually. She told us a bit about the job and asked about my education, previous jobs, and what I'm most passionate about. She then sent me home with a thank you letter. A few days later, I got a letter saying I wasn't selected.

The interview is pretty easy, just gotta focus and answer everything. It includes a math part, a personality part, and a 'common sense' part. What I've seen is that people who read the questions carefully and answer them all tend to do well and usually get a call back for another interview.
