Network Engineer
The hiring process was mostly standard. First, a recruiter call, then a chat with the hiring manager, and finally a meeting with the team. But getting any updates on the job status was impossible! Both the recruiter and manager said to reach out with questions, but then they went silent. It seems the manager isn't truthful, and I definitely wouldn't consider working here. This role has apparently been open for nearly a year, and they're extremely selective. (Don't be fooled by the post date; it's been available since June 2024). Also, the job description claims up to 169k, but they considered my request for 120k too high – THAT'S A LIE. They expect CCIE-level expertise for CCNA-level pay. So, unless you're an F5 expert, are okay with low compensation, and don't mind a dishonest manager, AVOID APPLYING. I might sound harsh, but I was upfront with both the recruiter and manager: if I'm not the right fit, that's fine. Just let me know and don't leave me in the dark; they both promised they wouldn't do that.
- Can you detail the ordered steps for setting up an SSL VIP?
Sales Representative
It was a 6 person panel interview. First, I had to give a 5 minute background speech. Then, each of the employees took turns asking me behavioral questions. The atmosphere was very formal but also relaxed. I never felt intimidated or on edge. Overall, it was a great process. They mentioned they'd get back to me in about a week because they had other candidates to interview.
- What's the one quality your best friend would use to describe you?
Sales Director
We started with a pretty chill first interview, very conversational. Then came the main event: six interviews back-to-back in one day, it was intense. It took a long time to get the final decision, almost two months.
- Is it possible for you to meet 25 people in person every single week?
- You won't have any help with managing your calendar or booking meetings!
Administrative
It was a straightforward interview process. The interviewer made it a really comfortable atmosphere. The interview lasted about two hours total. It included one hour with the hiring manager and another hour with a team member, plus a phone interview.
- The questions asked were very direct.
