Had a quick call, then they wanted me to come in for an on-site. There were like 3 or 4 different interviews with different people in the company. It was pretty relaxed, but still professional. They seemed more focused on my work style and routines rather than my past performance.

To recruit new interns for the next semester, the system looks for old interns to help out. The interview was pretty straightforward. It started with a group overview session. After that, it was up to each person to decide if they were still interested. If you were, you had to write a paper explaining why you're the best fit and send it in via email. This is an unpaid gig, requiring 10 hours per week. I did end up accepting the position. All in all, the experience was just okay.

It's a 2 round interview. First you had the manager alone with you, and then it is 3 people. All of them were friendly. I was asked typical interview questions, and answer with STAR format should be safe. Make sure you show your enthusiasm to work for them. Knowing the people in advance is a plus.

I had a couple of phone calls. They were pretty chill, and we just chatted about my old job at Lincoln and the skills I'd bring.
