First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Limitless Strategies.
Public Relations
I went in for an interview and met with an Assistant Manager. The CEO was apparently on the road, possibly helping run their other office in Boston. The people were energetic and nice. The Assistant Manager explained the pay and the position they thought would be a good fit for me. It was a good experience overall, and I'm waiting to hear back about a second interview.
- What do you look for in a company?
Marketing Communications Manager
I found this job on Monster and they called me the next day to schedule an interview. I had the interview with the CEO pretty soon after that and got a call later that day to come in for a second interview. But, after hearing about the weird work hours and the need to sell products in Home Depot, I decided it wasn't for me and passed on the second interview.
- Can you tell me about your leadership experience?
Representative
I did some research on this company before my interview. I was a bit nervous due to some reviews about the interview room, but other reviews were positive, so I decided to see for myself. The room was not at all like some reviews described; it was welcoming and had a nice vibe. The office was great and the name on the door was correct, which I appreciated since a past review mentioned a different name (I suspect it was for another company). The people there made me feel very comfortable, and I almost didn't want to leave. The CEO started in an entry-level role, so he has a good understanding of the position and sat in on the interview, which was nice. They recently expanded to Chicago and are looking for people to replicate that success in another territory or rebuild in Philly. I was very happy to get a call back and plan to start within a few weeks after wrapping things up at my current job.
- Could you describe any leadership qualities you possess?
Manager
Right after applying, I got a call. The person on the phone was great and seemed like they have a lot of fun there. She asked about my background and then invited me for an interview. That interview focused on my background and the manager explaining the company and their needs, it went pretty fast. I got called back later that day for another interview and they hired me right away! They took me to their client's site, showed me around, explained what they do, and broke down the pay. I was super excited and impressed. I quit my old job and started with them the same day. They made me feel like I'd known them forever, such an awesome team!!!
- What do you seek in a company?
