I was contacted on LinkedIn and got an invite to apply on their website. After I submitted my application, the recruiter set up an interview with the hiring manager. The whole thing took about 4 days, which is pretty fast compared to other places. They ended up needing someone with a different skill set, but I gotta give props to the recruiter for the great candidate experience, she kept me in the loop the whole time and was super timely. My interviewer was also good at explaining what they were looking for, which is nice 'cause not everyone does that.

I had an initial phone call with someone from the recruitment team, it was about 30 minutes long. During this call, they asked me to go over my CV, discuss my interest in Lime, and talk about my experience and salary expectations. A few days later, I had three separate video calls with the hiring manager. These calls were quite similar; the interviewer asked me to review my CV and asked some competency-based questions. They mentioned I'd hear back in a few days, and I did. I got a generic rejection email with no explanation for why I wasn't moving forward. I asked for feedback via email, but got no response, which was a bit disappointing since I had taken time off work at short notice for over 2 hours of interviews. On the plus side, the people I met were nice and professional, and the whole process moved quite quickly.

The whole interview process flew by really fast, like 3 weeks total, and it was a breeze. I had a great time chatting with the team and learning more about the job. The company seems really cool and has a lot going on with lots of chances to grow. I really liked hearing everyone's stories and how they all connect to the great culture and team they have here.
