It was a bit of a lengthy process. Started with HR, then the Hiring Manager, followed by three 30-minute interviews with people from different departments. Finally, there was a warehouse interview with the Hiring Manager and the Operations Manager. The last two interviews involved hypothetical scenarios, but no actual case studies. The HR person was nice and tried to be helpful, though they weren't completely transparent and seemed a little unsure about the specifics of the role. Overall, it was a good experience, and everyone was pretty helpful and made an effort to make me feel comfortable to give my best answers.

Got contacted by a hiring manager on LinkedIn. Took a long time to finally set up a screening call. After that, the hiring manager emailed me saying he wasn't the actual hiring manager and I should email his colleague instead. A few days later, his colleague emailed back saying they went with another candidate, no explanation.

I applied for the job in Norway. The first interview was with a recruiter from Germany, only 15 minutes. She didn't introduce herself and went straight into the job description and questions. She mentioned the role needs strong data analysis skills, like with Excel. So, the process is: 1. Recruiter call. 2. An analysis test with 25 questions on operations (you need Pivot table skills!!), with a 90-minute time limit. 3. Three more interviews with operational managers from different countries. 4. A final interview with the GM in Scandinavia.
