First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lime.
Web Manager
I had a phone interview with the Recruiter and then one with the Brand Growth Manager. It was pretty straightforward, they mentioned a follow-up interview two days later. That interview was also simple, no technical questions, which they were upfront about. I still tried my best to show my KPI and technical skills relevant to the role.
- What's your reason for looking for a new job right now?
- What made you decide to apply to Lime?
Management
The hiring process was really smooth and fast. I sent in my application online, and the recruiter got back to me the very next day. A phone chat was set up for later that same week, and the in-person interview was scheduled for the week after. Everyone I interacted with, from the recruiter to the coordinator, was super helpful and nice. When I got there for the interview, I was welcomed with smiles and friendly vibes.
- Can you tell me about your experience and history?
Senior Manager
I was contacted for an interview. I dialled in, but nobody showed up. I emailed to see if they were still planning to proceed or if we needed to reschedule. There was no response. I reached out again to follow up, and we managed to set a new date and time. However, they didn't turn up again. This really highlights the company's culture.
