First was a HR session, just a brief intro about myself and getting general info on what they expected for the role from the recruiter person. Second was a Technical interview with the hiring manager, quick intros from both of us, then a series of technical questions which was like a verbal exam by the HR manager. Third, it was either Offer/Reject or an Interview with Upper Level Management, and I got a rejection with a reason that was not realistic.

I applied online. The whole thing took about 3 months, with a bunch of interviews and a tech test. I'm still waiting to hear back after the last round, and it's been over a month now. It would be professional to at least get some feedback. I invested a lot of time in this process. After all these discussions, I expect a response. If this was the first chat, I could understand, but after so many talks, a response is expected. If you can't respond, it would be good to state upfront that if you don't hear back, consider it a 'no'.

I had a really good experience with their interview process. There were three interviews in total. The first was with HR and wasn't technical, and the other two were technical. The whole time, things felt positive and moved quickly. They were cool when I needed to reschedule one meeting, finding another date easily. Fanni, who contacted me, was professional and friendly, and helped me out with questions and later on with the offer stuff. Overall, communication was great, it felt welcoming, and they were very supportive.
