It was an online interview with physics questions, then I had a homework task, and then a long face-to-face interview with background questions and more physics questions. The whole process was really long and tedious. Lots of questions, tasks, and then even more questions at different stages. I liked the interview organisation but hated how long it took and how much effort and time it cost me. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

Had a couple of video calls, first with the recruiter then with the Manager. Followed by a technical test. Then an onsite interview with the Manager and a team member, which also included another technical test. The interviews were on time, and the people were friendly and professional. They were assessing my technical skills and how I interact with people. Overall, it was a good experience.

Behavioral Technical

Applied online, had a quick HR call to introduce myself, then got invited to a technical interview with the hiring team. The interviewer asked about my past experiences, and I explained what's on my resume. The interview was 40 minutes instead of the scheduled hour. I felt like maybe they'd already found someone or were just gathering info since they're in aviation. Got negative feedback afterwards, as expected. Hopefully, I'm wrong, but it left a bad impression.
