I had a good experience with them, the team was professional and friendly, but in the end, we decided not to move forward. I went through 2 rounds. We had video chats via Teams, and I could schedule comfortable time slots through their platform.

I applied online and there was a take-home test that took me a few days. A recruiter got back to me within a week for a screening call. About two weeks later, I flew out for an onsite interview with two managers, but didn't get an offer. Three months passed, and the recruiter reached out again for a different role. I interviewed with an engineer and then got an offer. The recruiter was great through the whole thing, keeping me updated and even calling to let me know about the rejection. The interviewers were fair and really tried to see if I'd be a good cultural fit.

Behavioral Technical

It was unexpected to go through the same process as other candidates, like having an in-person interview in Munich without them really checking if my tech and personal experience fit the role. They could have done that remotely! They have tech issues but didn't ask any tech questions, only general behavioral ones. They sent a tech test, but it felt like they didn't even look at it. Total waste of my time and effort.
