The interview had two stages: first a meeting with the Director, then with the Hiring Manager. They asked me to walk them through my CV and past project work. Both meetings were calm and professional.

First the job consultant screened my resume. Then I had an introductory call with the job consultant. After that, I interviewed with the Director I would report to, which was mostly technical and personality questions. Then, two peers interviewed me, focusing on technical aspects and discussing scenarios I might encounter. After that, two other directors interviewed me with more scenario-based questions and general get-to-know-you questions. Finally, I had a get-to-know-you interview with the CIO.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process involved several interviews and lengthy discussions about my past experience. The people I met were generally friendly. The entire process took about four weeks, though there were some scheduling delays for the second and third interviews. The location and offices were nice, and the people were very welcoming. I did get the impression that the paperwork process was a bit disorganized.
