It started with a 30-minute phone chat with the hiring manager. After that, I had an in-person interview, which was a series of 30-minute meetings with different people: an HR rep, a co-manager, a senior leader from the department, and the hiring manager. I got the offer two weeks after the interviews and then started about three weeks later. The delay was because of the sign-off process and getting new employee stuff set up.

It was a very weak and amateur selection process and interview. I was contacted by HR for a brief phone interview, and they immediately wanted to schedule an in-person interview. During the interview with the hiring manager, there was a delay of over 40 minutes. It was a brief and weak interview, and it was clear the manager lacked pricing experience, not understanding the difference between Pricing (Strategy) and Price Formation (numerical, costs, taxes). I didn't understand what experience the manager was looking for. To make matters worse, at the end of the interview, I asked about the next steps and feedback. The HR analyst and manager promised a quick response, but I received NO response. I had a negative experience, only wasting my time and spending money on fuel and tolls, etc., for an interview that could have been done online via Skype. In short, amateurism reigns in the entire selection process.

Interview process was normal, first stage was a phone interview with HR, then an interview with the manager. I didn't understand what Pricing was. Big problem at the end when I asked for feedback from HR, they said they'd give feedback but then just disappeared. I never got any response or email. This is a total lack of respect and consideration for people. In my case, I even traveled to Jundiaí for an interview, which cost money in vain, and they don't even give a response. It's pure incompetence.
