The interview was set up very informally over text, which felt unprofessional. The manager was late by 20 minutes and didn't even apologize. They were condescending and invasive during the interview. They asked about a gap in my employment, which was because of COVID shutdowns. The offered pay was minimum wage.

The interview process was pretty basic, with the regional manager asking typical questions about my strengths and weaknesses. I think they really wanted me, so they were telling me everything I wanted to hear, but it turned out to be a lot of lies and false promises that the company never followed through on. My experience in sales was a great perk for them.
