I had a tight deadline to find my next role, and Lightning was fantastic because they understood my urgency and acted fast. They were also really accommodating with my unique immigration situation and kept the lines of communication open about it. The whole process was incredibly quick, and they were one of the first to extend an offer out of all the companies I was interviewing with. Even though it was my top choice technically and based on future growth potential, I had to accept another offer due to personal reasons. It's a great team with great people, and I'd definitely consider reaching out to them again in the future.

The people were really nice. This company is growing super fast, and they have some growing pains like moving offices a lot. The building isn't owned, so they might have to move the business because they could outgrow the current spot.
