First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LightEdge Solutions.
Data Center Technician
The interview process was good. It started with a phone screening and then an in-person interview. They asked about my background and told me directly what they were looking for. No complaints.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Security Architect
First, I had a phone call with a manager in KC. They weren't totally sure if I'd be a fit for their department, but they referred me to another manager. The second interview was in person in Des Moines. There, they told me they didn't have a formal job opening but would create positions for the right people. My third interview was with two C-level folks who happened to be in town for the Holiday Party. Ultimately, I was informed they decided to pursue other candidates.
- What do you envision your role to be and what skills can you contribute to the company?
Project Manager
I did an initial chat with a recruiter to see what kind of job I was looking for and if they had any openings that would be a good fit for both of us. They didn't have anything right now for the role I wanted, but we figured out where I'd fit best and they said they'd let me know if something came up.
- What kind of company culture are you seeking?
Sales Development Representative
The whole thing took less than 3 weeks. First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, I met with the hiring manager and the director of sales. The last step was basically the same as the second one.
- How do you stay motivated?
