First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Liggett Vector Brands.
Electronic Technician
Basic process. I had an onsite interview, they had social distancing but no masks were needed. The HR lady was nice and polite. Some of the interviewers were kind of surly and condescending though. They told me someone else was hired, but the job is still posted online. Hmm, is that a lie?
- What's your reason for wanting to leave your current job?
- Can you explain the difference between AC and DC voltage?
- Could you describe the concepts of sinking and sourcing?
Executive Assistant
This was one of the most annoying job interviews I've ever had. I had to talk about my favorite and least favorite parts of all my past jobs from the last decade, plus why I left each one. The HR manager insisted there was low turnover, but I'd actually applied for this same job a few months back. It's also weird because the Supervisor, Stockroom Operations job seems to be open every other month.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Sales Representative
It's a 4 part interview. First is the phone interview where they ask easy behavioral questions. Second is the panel interview where you interview with your District Manager & Region Director. Third is a day in the field with both. Fourth is a video conference with the VP of Sales.

Customer Success Manager
After submitting my resume online, I had a phone screen. Then, a one-on-one interview. The manager didn't seem to know much about the tobacco industry and wasn't good with behavioral questions. They asked pretty general questions throughout.
