Team Lead
The recruiting process was pretty good, but the company really puts you through the ringer. It was a full day of interviews, back-to-back. It felt like they don't trust the hiring manager to make the final decision.

FP&A Analyst
The hiring process felt very drawn out, mainly due to the recruiter's slow response time, which was a bit unprofessional. It took a full week to get a reply after our video chat. Then, they scheduled an interview for two weeks out. This interview involved meeting with five different people, each at a separate time, so I ended up dedicating a whole afternoon to it, answering many of the same questions repeatedly. While everyone was pleasant, it's worth noting it had a very male-dominated atmosphere, which might be relevant for female candidates. After sending a thank you email with no response, and then another inquiry about the decision timeline, I received an email late at night, a week later, informing me they had chosen another candidate.

Central Support
The interview process is a bit long, but it's definitely worth the wait in the end. They are currently working on making it better. It's worth it for the culture and the pay. I'd recommend it.
- Can you tell me about questions related to our core values?
- How do our core values resonate with your experience?
- What is your understanding of our company's core values?
Software Developer
So, the interview involved a pen-and-paper algorithm task that was super specific. Then there was a quick chat afterwards, which wasn't tough at all. The whole thing had a short room interview, maybe 10-20 minutes, followed by a longer interview that was about 40 minutes.
