First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lift Brands.
Software Engineer
I spoke with about four or five technical leads, each with their own project responsibilities at the company, which is pretty cool. They asked me questions and got to know me. Then I met with two Product Managers to understand the business side from both perspectives. It was mostly a round table discussion because they are growing and weren't entirely sure what they needed.

Youth Mentor
The interview process at Camp Lift involves an initial application review. This is followed by a phone screening. Then there's an in-person or virtual interview that focuses on your skills and experiences. Finally, they make a selection based on your fit and qualifications.
- What are your five-year career aspirations?
Marketing
The interview process involved a phone screen with HR, followed by two virtual interviews via Zoom. While in-person interviews were an option, they weren't mandatory. They also gave me an assignment to make sure I could do the job.
- Can you tell me about your experience that is relevant to this position?
- Do you have experience working with franchisees or in a similar type of structured business?
Graphic Designer
First, I had a chat with the marketing director about my design process. Then, there was a design test to check if I could stick to the brand's guidelines. Finally, I met with the team to see if I'd be a good fit.
- What's your approach to designing while adhering to established guidelines?
