First, they look at your application, checking your resume and background. Then, an initial chat, either by phone or video, to see if you're a good fit, how motivated you are, and if you have the basic skills. After that, there's a technical or skills test, maybe a case study or a task related to what you'd be doing. Next up is a panel or manager interview for a deeper dive into your experience, how you solve problems, and if you'd fit the team. The final stage is usually with senior leaders or people from other teams. Finally, they let you know their decision and make an offer, including feedback and any negotiation.
