So, the interview process started with a phone call, then I went in for an in-person interview. After that, there was a casual coffee chat, which was pretty cool. I'm not totally sure how they do it now since this was a bit ago.

I got a call from the Hiring Manager at first, it was more like a screening type of interview, after that they will let you know if they want you to come to the location for an in person interview. It went great, and I was told that they will let me know by next week at the latest, as to when the final interview will be. Weeks have gone by and I still have not heard anything. Would really appreciate if they gave me a heads up if they will proceed with the final interview or not, because I'd be fine with whatever the outcome was. I just want people to be more communicative to applicants like me, that way guessing games will be avoided.

The hiring process was quite fast. It started with a phone call with the director. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview with the team. The in-person part was brief, lasting only 15-20 minutes, and I met with three other staff members. The team seemed very friendly. Many of the questions were similar to what was asked during the initial phone conversation. I was expecting to hear back within 24 hours after the in-person meeting, but it took a week to get a response.
