The interview process was very laid back and manageable. I felt respected and at ease. This was very low stress overall. There were no questions about how I would handle my patients or anything clinical, at that.

First, there was a typing test, and then we went straight into interview questions. They asked what I would do in certain scenarios. They also asked about my previous job history and what populations I have worked with.

Behavioral

The interviewers were nice and chill. I was pretty nervous at first but they were so straightforward it made me relax. There were two of them and they asked questions about behavioral health stuff. If you have experience in psych or behavioral health, you'll be fine. The culture here is really down to Earth, compassionate, and thoughtful. It’s a good fit for someone who isn't super formal but still has high standards.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

HR reached out to schedule an interview. I was informed about a typing test and an assessment progress note test. Upon arrival at Lifewell, I checked in and was given a scenario to read. I then had to create an assessment and progress note based on it. There was also a second part asking what was missing from the scenario. After completing this, I returned it to the front desk. The clinical director then met me and led me to an office. She had me do the typing test, which was a one-minute test requiring at least 25 words per minute. After the minute was up, she came back with another person. We then sat at a round table for the interview.
