First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lifespark.
Product Owner
The interview process was very streamlined and well done. I liked that I got to interview with several people 1 on 1 and also in a group setting. The questions were concise and to the point. The interviewers were nice, professional, and seemed to want to see the best in me.
- Can you share an instance where you needed to get a large group to agree to a project?
Caregiver
Honestly the worst interview I've ever had! The interviewer was really rude from the start and kept cutting me off. Even with only 3 minutes left in the interview, I was still trying to ask about the details of the position and if I was going to be considered. It's totally UNPROFESSIONAL to sigh when I said I had questions and then asked them. He'd just give a quick answer and try to end the call, even though I still had more questions. I felt super rushed the whole time. Just really unimpressed with the person conducting the interview.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next decade?
Data Scientist
The interview process was the most inconsistent experience I've ever had, where I was invited to fill a position that had already been filled. Then I was invited to still interview for another position, and then rejected. But then I was rejected for the position that was already closed without any reference to the new position. I was intensely confused by this process and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
- Would you be open to interviewing for a different role?
Home Care Nurse
I was left waiting in the lobby for about 20 minutes before the interviewer met with me. She was not friendly and acted like my presence was an inconvenience. The entire interview felt hurried and like she wasn't really interested, which gave me a really bad impression. I don't think I would have accepted the job even if they had offered it.
- Can you discuss your past work experience?
