Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty thorough and the team I spoke with was really great to connect with. The director and the interview panel were respectful and asked some good questions about both my technical background and how I approach problems. The process had a few parts: an HR screening, a Power BI test, an interview with the data team, and then a final chat with leadership. It all took a bit over six weeks. The interviews themselves were good, but the communication from HR could have been better. I reached out after the final round but didn't hear back from HR about what happened. I ended up getting the rejection news straight from the director, who was nice and gave thoughtful feedback. Overall, the interviewers and leaders were professional and engaging, but the HR communication could've been smoother in the later stages.
