The interview process had 3 rounds, each lasting about an hour, which felt pretty reasonable. The questions were standard but still challenging. They did a good job of accurately describing the job and what they expected from the role. As I progressed through the interviews, I met with each level of the leadership team.

The first interview was a relaxed, easy-flowing conversation that focused on the details of the position. I asked clarifying questions about what was listed, and company perks like benefits were mentioned. This was followed by a second interview where more detailed questions about the position were asked, designed to make you think fast.

I first got a call from a recruiter at the main office who asked me some general stuff. Then, about 4 days later, the manager called to set up an in-person interview. When I got there, there were 4 other people waiting, and we all figured out it was going to be a group interview, which nobody had mentioned. It was super awkward. The whole thing felt pretty intimidating because we were also being interviewed by 3 recruiters who made it obvious they didn't want to be there, even though we'd be working closely with them. Some of the questions felt like they were asking the same thing over and over. They never told us the pay or anything about the position, and the manager even said she might have to post the job again. It felt like a total waste of time.

I got called twice for my interview. The first call was to set up the interview, and the second call was just a reminder of the date and time and to make sure I was still interested. I had one interview with my supervisor where they asked me a bunch of questions about how I deal with people and how comfortable I am with computers.
