Data Entry Specialist
The interview process was straightforward and had me excited to join the team. I interviewed with one manager, and the hiring manager was personable and communicated the role and expectations well.
- What do you know about LifeScience and why do you see yourself working for the company?
Account Coordinator
It was a long process that took about two months. There were four rounds of interviews: an initial phone screening, one with the team leader, one with another team leader, and the final with the team leader. Team leaders were nice and informative.
- What value would you add to our team?
Quality Assurance Engineer
Started with a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then had a panel interview with the hiring manager and a couple of team members. This was followed by a final interview with the VP of the department. It was a pretty relaxed and nice environment.
- Tell me about your biggest weakness and what you are doing to improve it.
Quality Assurance Specialist
I went through two interview screens. The first one was okay. The second one was a bit strange because they sent the interview link to my iCloud email, and I usually communicate via Gmail, so I almost missed it. The first interviewer seemed nice at first, but she was traveling and mixed up the time. The second interviewer seemed disappointed with my answers and was a bit rude. I felt like my experience wasn't valued.
